            Your builders carried out extensive refurbishment works in our School in last two years. “Your Building Partner” carried out floor sanding, plastering, plumbing, decorating and fitted three kitchens at first and second floor. The work was carried out professionally in a timely fashion. During first year; It was a huge job in short time just within 3 weeks before children came back to school. They made it before time!.

             “Your Building Partner” has been doing various types of work for us for the last 2 years. We have been renovating our house for 3 years, and they have taken on a variety of work, including plastering, tiling, fitting a toilet suite, and most recently taking down a substantial wall dividing 2 rooms, and all the building work required prior to fitting a kitchen. We have always been extremely pleased with the service we have received form Luka head of the Company and his teams. His estimates are always clear, transparent and accurate, as well as being reasonably priced. He will always make a full assessment of each job we ask him to do, and discusses any foreseeable pitfalls He is flexible and prompt with the timing of work. His tradesmen are conscientious and tidy, and produce very good work. There are some aspects of work which Luka is not keen to take on, and he has always let us know if he is not happy with any aspect- eg some aspects of plumbing and electrics. The down side of this is that we have had to use other trades to work alongside Luka's men, but this has not caused any problems, as they have always been very flexible, and managed to fit our timescales without problems. We are very happy to have discovered Luka's company- it has made our renovation project much simpler and less stressful than is would otherwise have been.

             “Your Building Partner” has carried out 3 jobs for us, on two separate occasions involving plastering, painting, papering, tiling and on one occasion the skills of an electrician. We’ve been happy to recommend them to work colleagues as the standard of the work and very importantly the attitude of all the various craftsmen was very positive. They turn up when they say they will, always on site throughout the job, polite and carry out the jobs as intended or when faced with difficulties (old properties are never straight forward!) come up with workable, acceptable solutions. As with all building jobs there are snags on completion however with this company they pointed them out between each other (!) and resolved them only requesting payment when we were fully happy with each job. And to round it all off they are very competitively priced with materials charged at cost or you can supply for us it was a mixture of both. Ensure you are clear as to the work you want them to quote for a refresh’ or a complete overhaul’, and then you won’t be disappointed.
